The picture that emerges from the most recent reporting on Norman Hsu suggests that under a smokescreen of financial incompetence, he was laundering massive contributions to the Clintons, Ted Kennedy, and other Democrats. It seems clear that this wasn't his money. But whose was it? Who is bankrolling Hillary and Ted? The People's Liberation Army? Tongs? George Soros?
