BBC: Equality 'threatened by climate'

Foreign Secretary David Miliband Climate change is the "greatest long-term threat" to achieving global equality, UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband has told the United Nations.

Mr Miliband said although all countries are affected by climate change, the poorest people within the poorest countries will suffer the most.

He called on the richest countries to take the greatest action to combat climate change.
