OLMERT SAYS TZIPI LIVNI JUST AS RESPONSIBLE AS HE WAS DURING LEBANON WAR FAILURE

An amazing bit of news today. Ehud Olmert cited Tzipi Livni as being just as responsible during the second Lebanon war as he was:

(IsraelNN.com) Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, in an interview with Army Radio on Sunday, said that the Israeli government made mistakes during the Second Lebanon War, and included Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni in the list of officials who made the mistakes.

Livni is the highest ranking member of the government who has not endured widespread criticism and/or investigation since the summer. There is widespread belief that she is the most likely candidate to take over the Kadima party before the next elections.

But with Olmert's turning against her and pointing a finger of blame at her as well, I think that any premier career hopes she may have are about to go the way of Hillary Clinton's.
