UNASSAILABLE TRUTHS: (1) Bush spoke the truth with those 16 words in the SOTU; (2) Wilson LIED about it; (2) Armitage was the LEAKER; (4) Libby misremembered.
WHY DO WE KNOW THAT LIBBY MIS-REMEBERED? Because the 16 words were true, and because Cheney had NOTHING to do with Wilson going to Niger for the CIA, and because Libby had no motive to lie (because he KNEW he wasn't the leaker).
There is NO CASE AGAINST LIBBY. It's a bogus hit-job.
BOTTOM-LINE: FITZGERALD IS NO BETTER THAN NIFONG. THEY ARE BOTH SCUM.

Great post!! I've been meaning to do a post on malicious prosecutors, namely Fitzgerald, Nifong and Ronnie Earle and the guy that went after Rush. Despicable!!
