TODAY'S CUT & RUN REDS WOULD'VE LOST WW2

The Cut & Run Reds want to PREVENT Bush from sending any more troops to Iraq; (more HERE). They want Bush to be chastised for what they see as his ethnocentric adventurism, and for America to lose in Iraq - even if it means that the nascent democracy there collapses and a genocidal bloodbath ensues --- (as it did when these SAME Cut & Run Reds abandoned South Vietnam).

This Left-wing attack on our war effort, on our resolve, on our troop levels can ONLY benefit the enemy. It is beyond unconscionable. It's BEYOND LUDICROUS. It is traitorous. And it runs counter to our nation's recent history:

Did Congress force FDR to get reauthorization each time he sent more troops overseas to the Pacific or Europe or Africa?

NO.

Did Congress require a new authorization each time FDR decided to attack another nation in Africa or Europe or another island in the Pacific?

NO.

BUT NOW, the Cut & Run Reds - like Biden and Dodd and Kennedy and Murtha and Pelosi and Clinton and Hagel - seem to think the POTUS, who is after all the CinC - needs THEIR PRIOR approval before he sends another 21,000 troops to Iraq, EVEN THOUGH INCREASING IT TO 150,000 would still be less than we had there earlier in the conflict.

It is wrong for a POTUS as CinC to micromanage a war; it is WORSE if Congress tries - ESPECIALLY A CONGRESS DOMINATED BY CUT & RUN REDS PREDISPOSED TO RETREAT, WITHDRAWAL, APPEASEMENT IF NOT SURRENDER.
