This was not a policy statement by Bush but a clear statement of a GOAL - VICTORY, one the Left OBVIOUSLY doesn't share.

I tried to watch Webb's speech, but I couldn't stand it.
It's a disgrace that Virginia, my home state, elected Webb to the Senate.
