Bolton and Kofi are both leaving the UN - one as a hero, and the other as an utterly corrupt, tyrant-coddling anti-American failure.
And each leads in their respective categories for a prestigious award! (Bolton for a Fallaci and Annan for a Fiskie.) How fittingly delicious.

Maybe under the new UNSG's leadership the UN can fulfil its promise and uphold its principles - instead of coddling tyrants and fostering socialism and transnational "progressivism." I HOPE SO... IT WOULD MAKE 2007 A BETTER YEAR THAN 2006!
