SHARON - update

"He's back in suregry to stop NEW intra-cranial bleeding.. Not good. UPDATE: He's out of surgery; post-op CT-SCAN is IMPROVED - BETTER than previous CT-SCAN.

The medical director of Haddassah Hospital says the care he received after his last stroke was negligent. He should not have been allowed back to his Negev ranch, but kept in Jerusalem, and the anti-clotting medicine was administered poorly.

POLLS: Kadima with Olmert at the top of the ticket would win clear 40 seats; with Livni 38; with Peres 42. Sharon had also polled at 42.

What do you mean? You're right that he's not dead? Yeah, apparently, you might be right. Jihad Watch has taken their post down, and World Tribune is equivocating..

Sorry about that, if I am wrong.

Check this out:

WASHINGTON - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice canceled a six-day trip to Indonesia and Australia on Friday, amid uncertainty over the condition of ailing Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.

"She decided because of the situation in the Middle East, it was the right decision to stay here in Washington," said State Department spokesman Sean McCormack. Rice had planned to leave Saturday.

Why would Rice cancels that trip? Do you think it's just so she could go to the funeral. I would assume she could take her funeral clothes with her to Indonesia, just in case.

Do you think something more is going on?

it's especially weord to doubt me over jihadwatch - who you attacked a week or so back, no!?

My problem with Jihad Watch is ideological, not informational.

But, I thought you were just going by news reports. From now on, I will work under the assumption that you have "friends."

;-)

pasto - i have no friends.

i checked out the drudge/jihad source and felt it was a bad source. worldnet is not reliable - not anyomore tha debka.

i waited until i saw the presser in which the hadassah hosp director ghave the REAL news.

one must judge the quality / accuracy of scoops by the source.

the temptation to be FIRST must be countered by the desire to be correct.

I don't believe you don't have "friends."

I admit, I wanted to be first. I don't know why. I'm like a guy shouting into the wind, "Look at me, I'm first."

kyle: i am now almost of a mind to belive that it mattersd NIOT who leads israel: peretz, bibi, or a shron third way moderate.

peace depends NOTon what israel does, but oin the arabs.

as long as arabs want to destroy the state of israel - as syria, iran, hamas, ij, alaqsa, pflp, fatah, hizballah et al DO - there will be war.

there will be war whether isrsel negotiates, stays as occupiers, or unilaterally withdraws.

i support the thrid way becasue i think it allows for the best deployment of idf assets - especially in light of the impending preemptive strike against iran.

onbe caveat: if syria and iran can be overthrown by indigenous democatic forces, then the genocidal support for the anti-israeli groups will collapse, and moderation might return to the territories. this moderation might STILL take decades since so many geneations of plai aranbs have been poisoned/brainwashed by jihadism.

in this ,light, it seems even more apparent to me that gaining the best possible defensive positions/use of idf assets (for next few decades)is paramount.

this includes the fact that this postioning needs politcal support within israel and in USA and it would also be better if this has the support of the EU and the UN.

unilateral separataion does this best.

i expect kadima to win and go forward with unilateral separation - ASAP! and attempt to complete it BEFORE the preemptive attack on iran. which means THIS YEAR.
