A tough interviewer noted that Senator McCain has said that the threat of Islamist terrorism, and asked him what made him think Governor Palin was ready to deal with that problem.
Unfortunately, Senator McCain dodged the question, and pointed out that economic problems are just as important as foreign policy problems.
I don't think he had to do that.
I think there is a better and simpler answer.
Governor Palin is ready to deal with the problem of Islamist terrorism, because she understands that it exists and that it is a problem.
Neither Senator Obama nor Senator Biden understand that.
Governor Palin has more foreign policy judgment than either one of them.

Palin has dealt Russia, Canada, traveled to Kuwait and Germany.
BTW, where had Edwards, Mondale, Ferraro, Johnson, Truman traveled????

But of course, the more the Dems attack Governor Palin, the more the voters will flock to her banner. There is only one demographic that is shiftable in this election, and it is shifting to McCain-Palin big time.
