Hillary would do - as President - in small steps what she failed to do in one fell swoop in 1993 as First Lady: socialize medicine.
These small steps are just like the strategies of those who would islamize the West via creeping sharia; they are trying it here in the USA (more HERE) and in the EU and elsewhere, like in Turkey - where the PM recently said he wants to change the constitution of Turkey to allow the hijab.
