Mahmoud Khalil will be deported

A federal judge has thankfully upheld deportation for the repulsive Muslim anti-Israel activist Khalil, to either of 2 locations:
A federal judge ordered Wednesday that immigrant Mahmoud Khalil, a pro-Palestinian activist behind some of the radical protests at Columbia University, be deported — either to Algeria, or to his native Syria.

Khalil was arrested in early March by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the Trump administration sought to have him deported, despite the fact that he had become a legal permanent resident (though not yet a U.S. citizen).

Secretary of State Marco Rubio defended the arrest: “We will be revoking the visas and/or green cards of Hamas supporters in America so they can be deported.”

President Donald Trump had campaigned on a promise to deport foreign activists who had participated in the antisemitic “encampments” that sprung up across universities campuses in the late spring of 2024.
Whichever country he goes to, he can live in the poverty he deserves for all we care. Such an utterly repellent excuse for a "student" if that's what he's to be called, and he doesn't belong on university campuses in any sane country. And we should hope the Trump administration will also revive exile laws as well, so that domestic traitors can be banished from the USA for any offensive behavior they commit. That's another something needs to be worked on for safety's sake.

STATE DEPARTMENT OPPOSES JEWS BUYING OWN PROPERTY IN HEBRON

The US State Department once again shows why it's bad:
(IsraelNN.com) The U.S. State Department praised Israel's government for its actions in expelling Jews from their homes Thursday afternoon in the Peace House apartment building in Hevron, saying the residents had illegally occupied the site.

State Department Deputy Spokesman Robert Wood characterized the violent clashes in which dozens of activists were injured by Yassam government forces as "a difficult situation." He added in his briefing Friday morning with reporters in Washington D.C. that the Israeli government was doing what it could to make sure the residents comply with the laws in Israel.

"They were basically arresting people -- removing people from a site that they were occupying illegally," said Wood. A reporter, asking for clarification, repeated the question, "Did you say a site they were occupying legally or illegally?"

Wood repeated, "Illegally."
Well! As we can see here, they're as bad as the British government, by condoning removing people from a legally bought house and then lying about it and concealing the exact details.

CAN ANYONE HELP SET UP A "LET ISRAEL BUILD" CAMPAIGN?

Here's an article from Israel Insider in which we learn that Condi Rice, predictably acting like a racist, is against building Jerusalem:
Israeli plans to add more than 307 new homes in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Har Homa are not helpful, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice complained Friday.

"We're in a time when the goal is to build maximum confidence between the parties and this doesn't help to build confidence," Rice lectured, speaking to reporters after a meeting with Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni during the NATO meeting in Brussels.

She did not discuss the great confidence engendered by the Palestinian Legislative Council's passage in a first reading of legislation to declare discussion of concessions in Jerusalem to be equivalent to high treason and justification for the death penalty. Nor did she speak about the confidence built by the PA harboring in "protective custody" a policeman involved in the murder of an Israeli citizen in a drive-by shooting two weeks ago.
I encourage people to contact the State Dept. to make your voices heard on this issue. It is time to start protesting much more seriously against their anti-Israel bias. And if you would like to contact the Israeli prime minister's office, I suggest writing to webmaster@pmo.gov.il. And for the foreign ministry, sar@mfa.gov.il. I would like to ask for a "let Israel build" internet campaign. It's something that's probably beyond my personal ability to build, so can I ask anyone out there to help in developing something?
Jewish settlers celebrate Hannuka with 8 new outposts
Meanwhile, Israeli settlements activists announced plans to settle eight more hilltops Sunday, one for each day of the Jewish festival of Hannuka. Taking advantage of the school holiday, various activist groups have come together to carry out the simultaneous erection of outposts on what are hoped to be future communities. According to a report in Israel National News, the plans are being coordinated between the Land of Israel Faithful, Youth for Eretz Yisrael, Women in Green and the local grassroots action committees.

"At a time when internal and external enemies are trying to choke us behind fences and walls, daring to tell us that we are not allowed to expand and build in our own land, the most necessary answer is to defy those anti-Semitic decrees by settling the hills of Judea and Samaria," a communique issued by the activists reads. "That is the best way we can show the world that the Jewish people will not agree to give up its land."
Don't let the government intimidate you, people. Go and build those new neighborhoods. But I also ask if anyone can lend them online assistance as well.

ABBAS - THE SO-CALLED MODERATE - UNVEILS A MONUMENT TO ARAFAT (WHICH IS ALSO A MONUMENT TO U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT TREACHERY)

YAHOO/AP:
Saturday's dedication of the mausoleum, on the third anniversary of Arafat's death, was meant to boost Abbas' legitimacy as he faces a stiff challenge from the rival Hamas. The Islamic militant group, which violently seized control of Gaza from Abbas' security forces in June, maintains Abbas has no mandate to negotiate with Israel on behalf of the Palestinians.

However, Hamas has not dared to criticize Arafat's policies, including his involvement in peace talks, since his death on Nov. 11, 2004, instead embracing him as a national symbol. In Gaza, an Arafat memorial rally on Monday is expected to draw the largest crowd of supporters of Abbas' Fatah movement since Hamas' takeover. On Saturday, Fatah supporters held several marches in Gaza, and Hamas police did not intervene.

Arafat died at 75 in a French military hospital, after spending his final years under Israeli siege at his West Bank headquarters. The exact cause of death remains unknown, fueling persistent rumors that he was poisoned or died of AIDS. Israel has denied involvement in his death.

The mausoleum, made of glass and beige Jerusalem stone, is surrounded on three sides by water, and a piece of railroad track is entombed underneath Arafat's grave. The water and track are meant to symbolize the temporary nature of the burial site, officials said, with Palestinians planning to rebury their former leader one day in Jerusalem, their hoped-for capital.

A mosque has been built next to the tomb, and an Arafat museum is to open at the site next year. The memorial complex will cost $1.75 million, paid for by public funds, said Mohammed Ishtayeh, head of the Palestinian Economic Council for Development and Reconstruction, which oversees the project.

In unveiling the mausoleum, Abbas said he would press ahead with Arafat's quest for statehood. "We are continuing the path, continuing the pledge, to establish an independent Palestinian state, with Jerusalem as its capital, God willing," said Abbas.

The fate of the city, claimed by both Israel and the Palestinians as a capital, is one of the most explosive issues in the upcoming peace talks.

On Sunday, tens of thousands are expected at the compound to mark Arafat's death, followed by the Gaza rally on Monday. Spreading out the commemorations over three days appeared part of Abbas' attempt to harness Arafat's legacy in the face of the upcoming challenges.
THE ARAFAT LEGACY IS MURDER AND TERROR AND IMMORALITY - BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE.

ARAFAT WAS A SERIAL MURDERER, A COWARD - (WHO RAN FROM JORDANA AND LEBANON AND HID IN TUNIS AND THEN RAMALLAH), A QUEER - WHO DIED FROM AIDS, A THIEF ON MASSIVE SCALE - STEALING HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS MEANT TO AID HIS FOLLOWERS.

THE US STATE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN AND CONTINUES TO BE AN ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT; POWER LINE:
July 16, 2003 - What the cables say: Arafat murdered Noel

When we last heard from the State Department in yesterday's post regarding the brutal 1973 assassinations of U.S. Ambassador to Sudan Cleo Noel and charge d'affaires George Curtis Moore, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs deputy director of press affairs Gregory Sullivan spoke on behalf of the department.

Sullivan conceded that "[e]vidence clearly points to the terrorist group Black September as having committed the assassinations[.]"

This is not much of a concession; the eight Black September terrorists who executed the operation had themselves proclaimed their membership in Black September at the time of the operation and after they surrendered to Sudanese authorities on March 3, 1973.

Sullivan indignantly denied, however, that the evidence linked Yasser Arafat to the operation. According to Sullivan, "though Black September was a part of the Fatah movement, the linkage between Arafat and this group has never been established."

On its face, this claim is suspect. In 1973, as now, Arafat was the undisputed leader of Fatah. But seen in the light of the contemporaneous State Department cables that have now been declassified and released by the State Department in response to my Freedom of Information Act request, Sullivan's statement is both false and inexplicable.

The cables reflect the intense concern within the department regarding the security issues raised by the Khartoum operation. The department received reports from its embassies and missions conveying the results of intelligence inquiries and the Secretary of State (William Rogers) himself promptly disseminated his conclusions regarding responsiblity for the operation based on these reports and other intellligence sources.

Contary to Sullivan's assertions, the cables demonstrate that in March 1973 the State Department had promptly concluded that Black September was nothing more than a front for Fatah and that Arafat himself had directed the operation resulting in the assassination of Noel and Moore. Both points are made over and over again in the cables to and from the Secretary of State.

To take one example, in March the U.S Mission in Vienna reported to Secretary Rogers: "The Black September Organization (BSO) is a cover term for Fatah's terrorist operations executed by Fatah's intelligence organization, Jihaz al-Rasd...For all intents and purposes no significant distinction now can be made between the BSO and Fatah...Fatah leader Yasir Arafat has now been described in recent intelligence as having given approval to the Khartoum operation prior to its inception."

As the department came to its conclusions regarding the ultimate resonsbility for the operation, it dispatched its representatives to meet with sympathetic governments and attempt to persuade them to take appropriate precautionary measures. The American ambassador to Tunisia, for example, met with the then-Tunisian President Bourguiba on March 10 to convey the department's concerns about Fatah in light of the Black September Khartoum operation: "I referred to Sudanese government's revelation that head of Fatah office in Khartoum masterminded Khartoum assassinations...I noted that there is Fatah office in almost every Arab capital operating openly and, in light of Khartoum tragedy, this has clear implications."

On March 13 Secretary Rogers issued a comprehensive cable summarizing the department's conclusions and sent the cable to American embassies around the world. (I was provided a copy of this cable by Jim Welsh. Although the cable lacks any FOIA release data -- Welsh appears to have obtained it through sources of his own -- it closely tracks the language and conclusions of the cables released to me by the department.) Secretary Rogers' cable states: "Question of link between Black September Organization (BSO) has been subject of much public discussion since murder of U.S. diplomats in Khartoum. Fatah leader Arafat has disavowed connection with BSO..."

The cable then attributes the following paragraphs to an intelligence brief prepared by the department and the CIA: "The Black September Organization (BSO) is a cover term for Fatah's terrorist operations executed by Fatah's intelligence organization...Fatah funds, facilities, and personnel are used in these operations...

"For all intents and purposes no siginificant distinction now can be made between the BSO and Fatah...Fatah leader Yasir Arafat has now been described in recent intelligence as having given approval to the Khartoum operation prior to its inception."

Why does the department cover up for the chief assassin of its officers thirty years after the fact? Intelligent observers such as Daniel Pipes (in his review of Assassination in Khartoum) have offered informed speculation in answer to this question. The State Department's records themselves provide no ground whatsoever to challenge the premise of the question -- indeed, they corroborate it, and they further provide much reason to think about what the answer could be.

  • THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A PALESTINIAN PEOPLE; THEY ARE ARABS WHO ARE PART OF THE UMMAH WITH NO SEPARATE UNIQUE CULTURE OR LANGUAGE.

  • THE PLO WAS FOUNDED IN 1964 - BEFORE THE 1967 WAR, AND BEFORE ISRAEL "OCCUPIED" ANY NON-ISRAELI TERRITORY. THE PLO MEANT THEN AND MEANS NOW TO "LIBERATE" ALL OF WHAT WAS ONCE PALESTINE - AND THAT ALSO ORIGINALLY MEANT TAKING OVER JORDAN, WHICH WAS ALSO PART OF BRITISH PALESTINE.

YOU CANNOT BUILD A PEACEFUL FUTURE ON A FOUNDATION OF LIES - LIES TOLD BY MURDEROUS SCUM.

  • THE SO-CALLED PEACE PROCESS IS A SHAM OF A MOCKERY OF A TRAVESTY.

  • PEACE IS THE RESULT OF VICTORY NOT ANY OTHER PEACE-PROCESS.

  • IF PEACE-TALKS PRODUCED PEACE, THEN THE MIDDLE EAST WOULD BE THE MOST PEACEFUL PLACE ON EARTH.

BTW: THE US STATE DEPARTMENT TREACHERY CONTINUES - THEY REALLY WANT ISRAEL TO GET SHAFTED, IT SEEMS: RICE PRESSURING ISRAEL ON GOLAN; WANTS IT RETURNED TO ASSAD, ANOTHER SERIAL MURDERER!

STATE DEPARTMENT KILLS CONGRESSIONAL INSTRUCTIONS, FIGURES OUT WAY TO FUND HAMAS

Because honestly, why wouldn't they?
A report by the Washington Institute for Near East Policy documents that the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has provided funds to institutions controlled by Hamas in the West Bank and Gaza Strip in defiance of guidelines issued by President Bush and Congress. The institute revealed that USAID has failed to screen applicants for U.S. funding to ensure that they were not linked to Hamas and other groups on the State Department terrorist list... In March 2006, USAID eliminated a requirement to periodically reevaluate aid recipients after initial clearance,... USAID's new policy ensured that the State Department would remain "unaware" of Hamas and other insurgency takeovers of Palestinian charities. Under pressure from Congress, USAID has demanded that aid applicants provide details of principal officers and other employees.
Back on our home blog, we posted this story with a video of the Palestinians dancing in the streets and handing out candy on 9/11.

Luckily, the mid-level career civil servants at the State Department are sophisticated enough to understand all the benefits of funding people who openly declare themselves to be mortal enemies of the US and its allies.

NEW FATAH PM: WE'RE GOING TO GIVE WESTERN AID TO HAMAS TERRORISTS IN GAZA

Of course the US and the EU rushed to restore aid as soon as they had a colorable excuse. And of course Fatah is going to use it to help fund Hamas terrorists, including those in the Gaza Strip:
The new Palestinian government headed by Salaam Fayad will use international aid to pay salaries to all civil servants of the Palestinian Authority, including those who are affiliated with Hamas, PA officials here said Monday. "The new government is in charge of all the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip," said one official. "All those who are on the payroll of the Palestinian Authority will soon receive full salaries." Another PA official said Fayad's government will allocate millions of dollars to "support the people of the Gaza Strip... We're not going to give money to the Hamas government there, but we can't ignore the people. We will find ways to channel funds directly to the people."
Many of those people, of course, are unrepentant terrorists and die-hard Hamas soldiers - they're the same ones who were murdering Fatah people in the streets a couple days ago. This certainly seems to have worked out nicely for them: Hamas employees are now getting paid with Western funds, just as if the boycott had been lifted with Hamas in power. This is a trick Abbas has pulled before. The West's eagerness to blindly aid the Palestinian is so overwhelming that the Palestinians don't need to bother subtly plotting how to coordinate their terrorism with Western acquiescence. It works out that way anyway.
