FOR TOO LONG, POSTMODERNISM HAS AGGRANDIZED ARTISTS, SOCIAL MISFITS AND RENEGADES AS ANTI-HEROES, AND DEGRADED BUSINESSMEN AND THE BOURGEOISIE

SINCE WW1, POSTMODERN LEFTIST PROPAGANDA HAS AGGRANDIZED ARTISTS AND SOCIAL MISFITS AND RENEGADES AS ANTI-HEROES, AND DEGRADED BUSINESSMEN AND THE BOURGEOISIE.


But who has really improved the quality of life for more people?


ARTISTS!?!?!? RENEGADES!?!?! ANTI-HEROES!?!?!?


Apart from enriching producers and art dealers, what has fine art - or commercial art like the movies - really accomplished?


To this day, postmodern leftists are continuously defaming businessmen and the bourgeoisie.


Businessmen?

• To the postmodern left they're evil greedy despoilers of Gaia.

And the bourgeoisie?

• To the postmodern left they're avaricious and conspicuous consumers of the crap that the evil greedy businessmen produce.

• And the bourgeoisie are stupid and "inauthentic, too, because they don't REALLY need or want the crap that the greedy businessmen make. They're just too stupid to know what they really need. [THAT'S THE GIST OF THE LEFT'S ATTACK ON CONSUMERISM.]

THAT'S WHERE THE POSTMODERN LEFT COMES IN:


The postmodern left thinks their elite knows what's really REALLY good for the bourgeoisie. And they want their elite to have to the power over consumption and production so Gaia can be saved and "economic justice" be achieved.


The old-time "classical commies" wanted the proletariat to have control over the means of production so they could be as well off as bourgeoisie - the prole' produced the goods and deserved to consume as much of these goods as anybody else.


But the postmodern leftist wants everyone to be poor - IT'S MORE AUTHENTIC AND BETTER FOR GAIA.


THE TRUTH IS THAT BUSINESSMEN AND THE BOURGEOISIE HAVE DONE MORE TO IMPROVE THE LIFE OF MORE PEOPLE THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN HUMAN HISTORY.


Democracy, limited government, the free-market, as well as the scientific and agricultural and mass production and energy and transportation and pharmacological revolutions which have made our lives longer and healthier and more prosperous are all the result of businessmen and the bourgeoisie.


Nothing any postmodern leftist has EVER done can compare.

• Leftists - in fact - have genocidally murdered more people and ruined more economies and despoiled more of the Earth in the last 100 years than anything else in human history.

It's time the leftist romantic notion of the artist and social renegade as anti-hero be erased from our civilization.


We can start by ridding our schools - the Academy - of all UNCHECKED postmodernism.


That means having politically diverse faculties and textbooks and reading lists which are not dominated by postmodern leftism.


For every Che-worshipping "Bill Ayers" there has to be a rational Milton Friedman.


Intelligent and reasonable people who get the chance to see BOTH sides - the postmodernist and the modernist - will almost always then see the light.


(This is why the postmodern left wants to squelch Talkradio and frighten people away from FoxNews: they're afraid that once people see both sides they will dump leftism. AND THEY ARE RIGHT!)


It took me a decade after graduating college and escaping the postmodern stranglehold over my intellectual input for me to see the light.


If I can go from a Marcuse-reading Che-adoring commie to a Reagan-loving Hayek-reading right-winger, then anyone can!


ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS MAKE SURE THE KIDS IN SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES SEE BOTH SIDES.
