Would any sane person support legislation that "discourages job creation by raising the cost of hiring, ... worsens uncontrolled spending on health care, worsens the federal budget deficit, ... discriminates against the young, and increases uncertainty and ... decreases confidence at a time when recovery from the Great Recession requires more confidence and less uncertainty"?

And it was passed with secret backroom deals and lies and arm-twisting - it was NOT passed the way Obama promised it would be passed - with public hearings on C-SPAN.
