After a small attack in upper Manhattan staged as a distraction at around 2AM, three small black unlighted home-built 2-man choppers - painstakingly constructed in secret over the last few years in garages and now loaded with explosives and nuclear material - are simultaneously launched from Jersey, Staten Island and Queens at 3AM and are over Manhattan in minutes.
Even if they were shot down, they'd cause unbelievable damage and panic.
