It might be true that you have the best healthcare, if you have the money. For the rest of the people...

survival rates from major diseases is better here, too.
I am very definitely part of "the rest of the people".
We are selling the home that I hoped to die in because the government has eroded the value of our savings such that we can not afford the taxes any more.
But our medical insurance has been stellar (gall bladder for my wife, hernia emergency for me just in the last couple of months.
But I'm worried that the government is going to take that away from us too.
