KEY BLAGOJEVICH PROSECUTION DOC TO BE RELEASED BY JUDGE ON WEDNESDAY!

CHICAGO TRIB:

A federal judge said Friday he will decide next week whether to black out certain sections before he makes public a key government filing in the case against former Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

U.S. District Judge James Zagel said he will let prosecutors and defense lawyers weigh in on what parts of the filing should be kept sealed before he makes his decision and releases the document on Wednesday.
