Obama painted himself into a corner with Obamacare: a big bill pissed off the nation, a compromise bill will piss off his base - EITHER WAY THE DEMOCRAT LOSE.
The same thing is happening vis a vis Gitmo and his decision to give KSM an NYC trial.
Increasingly these decisions appear to be BIG LOSERS for Obama and the Democrats.
Already Obama is pulling back on the Gitmo front - pissing off his base.
And the KSM trial - well... that's gonna be the gift that keeps on giving. NOBODY in NYC thinks it was a good decision. But if he backs down he looses his base.
It's gonna be a HUGE LANDSLIDE year for the GOP.
