Definition of a punk-assed bitch: A "man" who was not raised with a father in the home (for most of his life), who believes that the way to right the world's wrongs is always through "communication" and not confrontation, a man who believes that morality is about being nice to each other rather than doing what is right, a man who will ultimately whine, cry, and tear the whole house down if he doesn't get his way.
