- Skip Gates talked back to Cops making an official call.
- If you do that while white, then you get arrested.
- If you do that while black, and expect NOT to get arrested then YOU are the racist.
YES: Gates is a racist - and Obama is too for attacking the arresting officer and calling the arrest stupid.

Gates didn't listen to Chris Rock" How to not get beaten by the cops. The cops were in the right. Gates, like Rodney King, was in the wrong.
