Obama argued that the political debates over prayer in school and gun rights and secure borders - and even the GWOT - are deliberate distractions fomented by Rovian geniuses to alienate the evermore threatened working class folks from what's really in their interest: over-throwing the ruling class; IOW: the GOP.
He tried to spin it, but he actually just dug himself in deeper!
Contrary to what ultra-lib Toobin says, not only is what Obama said in SF (audio link) AND Indiana (video at Hot Air) essentially Marxist, IT IS FACTUALLY INCORRECT: many people want to go to church and want their 2nd Amendment rights and want secure borders even in good times.
People actually like to hunt and be able to defend themselves, and TRULY BELIEVE in God, and feel that protecting the borders and having LAWFUL immigration is good.
We do not believe these things because we are economically insecure.
If Hilary can't drive this point home to the good people of Pennsylvania, then she doesn't deserve to be in the Senate, let alone get the nomination!
