I think Chirac is PROJECTING: HE is having a crisis and HE is suffering from MALAISE. HE should go. NOW. People like Chirac lavish money on problems - even when spending programs are NOT the best solution - because it allows them to escape culpability and makes them feel good about themselves. Instead of spending MORE money of the islamothugs, CHIRAC SHOULD RESIGN. EVERYBODY would feel better. HECK: it'd be the bestest fastest way to END THE MALAISE!
