The 9th Circuit Court has now ruled that threatening to assassinate the President of the United States is protected speech under the First Amendment.
I bet they wouldn't have decided that way if the perp had threatened to ASSASSINATE JUDGES! Heh!

The 9th's record has told everyone in America that that they are the Law. Congress has the power to Impeach Judges and they have failed in this responsibility. Congress Has told everyone by their silence that we in America have a chosen few that are "Above the Law" Have we all forgoten about the failure of our Federal and Supreme Court Judges to comply with the Law in the Terri Schiavo case. And Still, No one has the guts or the will to do a damned thing about it. We not only have Judges that fail us, We also have Congress that fails everyone miserably.
