GLENN REYNOLDS' HYPOCRISY ON THE DEATH PENALTY AND TERRI SCHIAVO CONTINUES UNABATED

Glenn baby;

You cited this DERISIVELY (from Football Fans for Truth):

You added afterwards - in typical and imitable snide/snarky Instapundit fashion:

"Free Mumia! Yeah, that's pretty much the flavor of it."

But hey Insta-hypocrite: THAT'S THE SAME EVERLOVIN'-EFFIN' REASON YOU GIVE FOR BEING AGAINST THE DEATH PENALTY!

Sheesh: what a hypocrite you are.

I'm very disappointed in you!

UPDATE: FOR THE RECORD, "contra" Glenn, I'm in favor of the death penalty, and I feel most convicted murderers get enough judical review. I feel that Terri's parents did NOT get as much federal review of their case as most convicted murderers get for theirs, or as much review or the type of review that Congress and the president obviously intended it to get.

ALSO, I want to point out to Glenn and to others who call pro-Schindler right-to-lifers like me a mob: the Schindlers and their supporters are obeying the courts and respecting the rule of law in spite of believing that the courts erred and that the laws are bad. And also in spite of their MOST deeply held religious beliefs, and also in spite of the fact that the court's actions are leading to the slow torturous death of their DAUGHTER.

That is NOT mob behavior, and that's why people like Glenn - who call us a mob - should APOLOGIZE! I'm NOT holding my breath! Folks like Glenn - who make inconsistent and incompatible and hypocritical arguments - rarely change their views or apologize; they just snidely "move on"...

UPDATE #2: On his GREAT BLOG, Glenn has JUST apologized for ONE ASPECT of his Mumia/Schiavo analogy. It's NOT ENOUGH, but it's a start!
