CAN THE EU SAVE ABU SHAHALA?

I think the question is more about whether they will save the Arab who sold the Hevron house to Jews, but anyway, here's the news on the EU's reaction:

European Union Committee for Foreign Affairs chairman Dr. Fiorello Provera said this week that the EU was obligated to intervene on behalf of Muhammad Abu Shahala.

Abu Shahala was sentenced to death by a Palestinian Authority court for selling the Beit HaMachpela (House of the Patriarchs) to Jewish families in Hevron.

"Abu Shahala's conviction has no justification, and therefore the European Union will intervene to save his life," Provera wrote in response to a plea by Hevron's Jewish community asking the EU intervene on Abu Shahala's behalf. "It is inconceivable that a man who sells his house will be convicted of a crime and sentenced to death."

"The PA is the foremost beneficiary of a European assistance, so we must intervene interest and demand the PA immediately cancel Abu Shahala's death sentence. And, to remove the death penalty for the sale of property and land [to Jews]."

Provera indicated media reports in Israel had prompted EU Foreign Affairs chief Catherine Ashton to intervene on Abu Shahala's behalf – adding that European Union policy opposed the death penalty in all cases.

Provera concluded, "I call on the PA to immediately block the implementation of death sentence on Abu Shahala, as required by the UN General Assembly."

More than that is required: will they cut off funding to the PA - which costs a lot of European taxpayers' money? And will the UN suspend their status? Unfortunately, I think the UN is even less reliable on this than the EU is, and we can't count on them to do anything to help.

Jane plucked Barack out of nowhere and approached him about writing a memoir. They signed a multi-book deal which Obama broke after his Kerry Convention speech when BJ Clinton got him to sign with his big-time agent. Jane sued him for breach of contract; they settled  - and part of their settlement was a clause that prevents Jane from saying anything.

We ought to demand Obama release her from that provision so she can tell her story - she has a lot to offer! She can comment on who wrote DFMF. She can talk about the agency bio.

Now: as to the bio:

It was probably penned by Obama – as was the custom at that agency and most agencies.

Obama probably LIED in his agency bio when he claimed to be born in Kenya and did so because he probably LIED in his Columbia College and Harvard Law School applications – and claimed to be Kenyan, in order to enhance his likelihood of admission --- like his crony Elizabeth Warren.

We ought to demand Obama release his complete college and law school applications and grades in order to determine the truth.

Fellow Author Says Obama Must Have Submitted His Own Bio To Literary Agent, Because All of Us At The Agency Did, It Was Policy

Submission guidelines at the Dystel & Goderich website (original emphasis): "[Y]ou should describe in two or three sentences—no more—what the book will be about. This is followed by another brief paragraph on why it is being written and then another on why you are qualified to write it....Finally, there should be a more formal narrative Bio of the author." 

How does Breitbart know this? The source of the article is an author who was also with Obama's agency -- he's quoting from the materials the agency sent him. 

All material she used in our proposals came directly from me and my writing partner. She edited our rough-draft proposals and gave us feedback, but the final versions were all ours. Our final versions, bio included, were then simply photo-copied, by us, and distributed to potential publishers. This was back in the pre-Google days, recall.I was asked to write the bio in the third person. 

 We seem to be going from "Rara Avis who actually writes his own stuff" to "Guy who completely checked out and let other people handle it for him." 

And Still More: The bio was updated, corrected, and republished multiple times. For example, it was updated to include the new title of Obama's book.

In the last few weeks, we find Barack Obama's life story unraveling. Girlfriends who were not girlfriends, but fictional creations.


Friends offering his Pastor money to keep quiet about things Obama had previously claimed he never heard.


And now, we have Biographies submitted by Obama himself which seem to have also been composites.


Obama has composite girlfriends, a composite Pastor, and a composite Literary Biography.


Even his Presidency is not really his own, because the events of his time are controlled by George Bush.


He's a mashup of blame, bombast, and balderdash.


He is the first composite President of the United States.

THE DOCTORED DOCUMENTS

The Jewish Press has written about the eyebrow raising case of the Obama administration replacing official documents on the White House website regarding the US government's positions on Jerusalem:

The current issue of Commentary magazine tells of sordid – and possibly criminal – Obama administration efforts to alter some files of the George W. Bush administration that refer to Jerusalem as being part of Israel. The article also adds a fascinating footnote to the much-publicized Zivotofsky case.

It will be recalled that, pursuant to a federal statute that required the State Department to list “Israel” as the country of birth of U.S. citizens born in Jerusalem if so requested, the parents of Menachem Zivotofsky applied for that recordation on his behalf.

The State Department denied the request on the grounds that the U.S. does not recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and that such a designation would be tantamount to U.S. recognition and therefore an unconstitutional Congressional intrusion on the powers of the president in setting American foreign policy.

However, the Commentary article, “Capital Offense: The Obama Administration and its Jerusalem Problem” by Omri Ceren, reports that in the course of the litigation in the matter, and shortly in advance of its Supreme Court phase, the Obama administration seems to have “scrubbed” Bush-era documents to eliminate existing references to Jerusalem as part of Israel, apparently fearing the references would belie its position on the significance of the passport designation. According to the article,

In August 2011, the administration was caught digitally altering archived historical documents of previous White Houses in order to suggest, falsely, that past administrations had had the same policy. The administration had erased parts of publicly available documents in a brazen attempt to trick people into thinking that other administrations had taken positions they had not.

Acton, who spoke to Breitbart News by telephone, confirmed precise details of the booklet and said that it cost the agency tens of thousands of dollars to produce. 

He indicated that while "almost nobody" wrote his or her own biography, the non-athletes in the booklet, whom "the agents deal[t] with on a daily basis," were "probably" approached to approve the text as presented.

The errant Obama biography in the Acton & Dystel booklet does not contradict the authenticity of Obama's birth certificate. Moreover, several contemporaneous accounts of Obama’s background describe Obama as having been born in Hawaii.

The biography does, however, fit a pattern in which Obama--or the people representing and supporting him--manipulate his public persona.

Raymond Ibrahim's written about how jihadists have infiltrated the land of the Aztecs and Mayans, where they've even managed to carry out dawah, and even made inroads into the drug trade:

When I first blogged about this news, I hadn't thought of the possibility that the decapitations could have something to do with Islamofascism. But now that Ibrahim's noted these details, it's definitely important to ponder the influence jihadists could've had on Mexico's crime syndicates.

And this is one more reason why a concrete wall needs to be built along the US-Mexico border. It's clear that if jihadists have a foothold in Mexico, they could prove particularly dangerous to the US from there.

MAYO CLINIC RIDS ITSELF OF MUSLIM DOCTOR WHO CONDONES FGM

Jihad Watch once wrote about Dr. Hatem Elhagaly, a Muslim doctor and jurist who voiced his support for female genital mutilation. Now, there's great news to know this sick doctor's been given the pink slip by the clinic he'd worked for. The Mayo Clinic informed them that:

Dr. Elhagaly is no longer employed or caring for patients at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea. We are working with his patients to transition their care to another physician. Because this is a personnel issue, we cannot comment further on Dr. Elhagaly's employment status.

Female circumcision in children, referred to as female genital mutilation in U.S. legal statutes, is a felony-level child abuse crime. Mayo Clinic strongly opposes the procedure and it has never been performed at any Mayo Clinic facility.

Thank goodness he's been banished, and he should also have his medical license and credentials revoked, which is just what this petition calls for too.
