In a dissent he summarized from the bench, Justice Antonin Scalia said, “We should start calling this law SCOTUScare.” Using the acronym for the Supreme Court, Scalia said his colleagues have twice stepped in to save the law from what Scalia considered worthy challenges.
“The Court holds that when the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act says ‘Exchange established by the State’ it means ‘Exchange established by the State or the Federal Government.’ That is of course quite absurd, and the Court’s 21 pages of explanation make it no less so,” Scalia wrote.
Scalia added, “Words no longer have meaning if an Exchange that is not established by a State is ‘established by the State.’ It is hard to come up with a clearer way to limit tax credits to state Exchanges than to use the words ‘established by the State.’ And it is hard to come up with a reason to include the words ‘by the State’ other than the purpose of limiting credits to state Exchanges.”I would only add:
NO: it is IMPOSSIBLE to come up with a reason to include the words ‘by the State’ other than the purpose of limiting credits to state Exchanges.
If lawmakers meant all exchanges, then they could have left out any and all instances of "by the State".
This ruling is a travesty and it makes a mockery of the rule of law, of language, and of our democracy.
When laws mean whatever the ruling class says they mean, then we are no longer a nation of laws.
IF WE DO NOT TAKE THE WHITE HOUSE IN 2016, AND REVERSE OBAMA'S MANY POLICIES, THEN IT IS SIMPLE:

Taking the White House sounds like it MIGHT help.
But we gotta face facts. We live in a country where Republicans vote with Obama on a bill they don't want to release to the public - and where the Scotus ignores the Constitution.
There is some serious behind the scenes stuff going on to get this to happen.
None of it makes sense.
Robers has had a dead fish wrapped in paper delivered to his house or something. He is in save his own ass mode. He is a Benedict Arnold. The decisions he has made are without reason. They are completely counter to who he is and always has been as a human being and a thinker. The only explanation is he has been gotten to.
He is a horrible human being. There are more important things than one's own ass.
There are more important things than one's own family.
Truth and righteousness are more important than one's own family.
It is as simple as that.
Sure, it's easy to say.
But the thing is, a decent human being has to look at these decisions in the scope of history, not in the scope of his own family,
