WHO SHOULD ROMNEY PICK AS HIS VEEP?
I prefer Bobby Jindal.
Here’s why:
He’s southern and will help in the south.
He’s ethnic – and will help with ethnics and blacks.
He’s a healthcare expert who ran the Dept of helth and Hospitals in Louisiana and earned his masters at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar in health policy.
He an energy expert in oil and natural gas and will highlight Obama’s dismal performance during thre BP oil spill.
He is a devout Christian and will help with the fundamentalist vote.
He is young and has a young bright wife and kids and this will help with the youth vote.
His parents and he are self-made and as immigrants embody the American Dream.
He is a Governor with great executive experience and a former Congressman with great legislative and DC experience – but not to much DC time to have become tainted as an insider.
And he's been a successful anti-corruption crusader, too!
ROMNEY-JINDAL!

Jindal brings nothing to the table for Mitt except color. He's not been that good of a governor as governors go in this state. Mitts better of with Rubio.
o. sure.
he's sux as guv, but won the biggest reelection in like ... forever.
and he was a perry supporter.
and none of my points - that you ignore - count at all.
sure.
i know Louisiana fairly well.
lived there.
decades ago but have followed politics there ever since. and returned often.
i like rubio - for 2020.
besides, rubio isn't interested and isn't presidential yet.
he hasn't earned a spot on the ticket. if he was a jew them nobody would be talking him up.
he's hispanic so folks like you do.
jindal is a proven leader. an intellect well versed in all the issues.
ready to be potus.
rubio ain't.
You obvious don't follow Louisiana politics.
No one of note ran against Jindel...he didn't even campaign hard. Voter turnout was 28%
He has done NOTHING for Louisiana's economy or high tax situation. He is no more qualified for national office then Obama was.....a backbench congressman.
On this one my friend, we disagree.
GAWD u r dense!
why dint nobody of "note" run against him!?!?
sheesh.
he did more for louisiana than any guv in 100 years.
that might not be saying enough for you but you aint the electorate!
that's a mistake a lot of conservatives make:
we might like palin but she can never be elected.
we have to support the best ELECTABLE conservative pol's.
name 3 better than bobby in LA???
:)
"he did more for Louisiana than any guv in 100 years"

On June 27, 2008, Louisiana's Secretary of State confirmed that a recall petition had been filed against Governor Jindal in response to Jindal's refusal to veto a bill that would more than double the current state legislative pay. During his campaign for Governor, Jindal had pledged to prevent legislative pay raises that would take effect during the current term.[30][31] Jindal responded by saying that he is opposed to the pay increase but that he had pledged to let the legislature govern themselves.[32] On June 30, 2008, Governor Jindal reversed his earlier position by vetoing the pay raise legislation, stating that he made a mistake by staying out of the pay raise issue. In response, the petitioners dropped their recall effort.[33]
The Standard and Poor's raised Louisiana's bond rating and credit outlook from stable to positive in 2009. In announcing this change, the organization gave credit to the state’s strong management and “commitment to streamlining its government functions.”[34]
He has brought in some jobs, and the unemployment rate (despite the moratorium in the Gulf after the BP oil spill) is below the national average. He was just re-elected with 66% of the vote
and you have failed to name 3 Louisiana pol's who would be better.
