By the way, I've watched this a few times now, and I'm not sure she says, "All this for ...".
Fucking flag looks kind of obvious to me, but I'm not a lip reader.
So, I sent it off to a friend of mine who is deaf, and who gets by on reading lips.
My friends response was,
"She did say it! Holy crap. What kind of "first lady" is this?! She explictly said : all this for a fucking flag."
