GERMAN COURT ALLOWS RESCUE OF EURO

A German court has ruled that the Government of Germany may rescue other debt ridden states. The court does require that the Government must seek approval from the Bundestag financecommitee for any future rescue efforts. The decision is not a blank check to Merkel - nor an end to the Euro. Let's see how this works out in the markets...
