House Republicans wasted no time Thursday in trying to block the Obama administration from acting to stem global warming.
On their second day in power, GOP lawmakers introduced several bills that would hamstring the Environmental Protection Agency from moving forward with regulations to reduce heat-trapping pollution from factories and other sources that they say contributes to global warming. The bills are part of an effort by House Republicans to reverse what they consider job-killing policies of the administration.
YEAH BABY! ELECTIONS COUNT! AND WE WON!
BTW: THE GLOBE AIN'T WARMING: DESPITE EVER-INCREASING AMOUNTS OF MAN-MADE CO2, 2005 WAS HOTTER THAN 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, AND 2010.

No, you lost. There's no fillibuster proof majority in either house, the senate is still a leftwing hothouse, and then there's the president who can just veto whatever he likes.
For the next 2 years, the Obamistas will have a very convenient scapegoat for everything that goes wrong, likely winning them the 2012 elections by a wide margin, which is what them allowing you the 2010 elections was all about.
i disagree. stay tuned
