You don't buy this in your local WallMart as far as i know.
If they've not opened the box and tested the content for what it is, there's no way to know what's in it.
"URM" is a very weird way to describe Uranium, and I doubt it would be labelled "made in USA" if it were.
That's labelling for a consumer product, something Uranium isn't (sadly, I'd love my own nuclear reactor in the basement, saves a ton on energy bills).
I'm calling BS here for now. There might be something fishy going on (given where it is, that's likely) but things just don't add up.
