Don't make a big deal about this. People like what's exotic. Felafel is also a big sell. Lots of people in Hollywood are now eating kosher! Doesn't mean they're going to convert to Judaism! There are still plenty of hot dog vendors in the city.
i think it's okay for people to eat whatever they want to.
