GERMANY: KORAN BEING PROSECUTED AS HATE SPEECH ANTI-THETICAL TO GERMAN CONSTITUTION

Yesterday I asked a few questions:

1 - FACT: Germany prosecuted Scientology as a cult. FACT: Scientology may seem weird, but they have no "radical wing", nor has any Scientologist perpetrated any hate crime as one millionth as bad as what radical Muslims do in the name of Islam nearly everyday, some where in the world.

QUESTION: So, why don't the Germans prosecute radical Muslims as dangerous cult-members and ban radical Islam as a dangerous cult?

I think the answer might be that the Germans - and the other Euroweenies who appease radical Islam - are hypocritical idiots whose denial of reality actually endangers themselves: They prosecute Scientology precisely because it is LESS threatening than radical Islam.

2 - FACT: The EU has strict laws about hate speech and slander and liable. FACT: Italy is prosecuting Oriana Fallaci over some things she wrote about the "ROP." FACT: What she wrote is less hateful and has inspired less hate and fewer crimes than the stuff in the Koran which the radical Muslims quote and which inspires them to commit genocidal terror; even Irshad Manji admits that these radical Muslim terrorists are LITERALISTS - meaning they are literally correct in citing the Koran as their inspiration because the Koran LITERLALY calls on them to act as they act, and do as they do.

QUESTION: So, why don't the EUropeans ban the Koran as a hate-book - the way Germany has banned Mein Kampf?

Koran under legal attack in Germany: "At the prosecutor's office at Gorch-Forck-Wall 15 in Hamburg, an unusual letter was received Monday morning, containing an indictment filed this weekend. The indictment targeted the Quran, charging that the holy book of the Moslems, according to the accuser, is incompatible with the German constitution. The accuser is "Bundesverband der B_rgerbewegungen (BVB)", which concerns itself with, in its own words, "defending basic rights and freedoms" against Islam....

The indictment has been filed in several states, including Hamburg, Niedersachsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Bayern and probably more. In several talkshows on German TV, conservative politicians have pointed out that the Quran is incompatible with the German constitution. The Turkish-born writer Serap Cileli said on January 29 this year that "the Quran must be considered a historic document. It is not compatible with our constitution and Human Rights." Now the alliance wants the matter tried at the courts....

The indictment is against the 200 verses of 114 suras (ED:chapters) of the Quran that are not compatible with the constitution, including demagoguery, incitement to murder, murder and mutilation, war, acceptance of thievery against infidels, meaning all non-Moslems. Verses are also pointed out where th
e equal rights of men and women are not upheld and where people of different faiths are oppressed."

I get results! Stay tuned. IF the German courts have any integrity and consistency thyen they will ban the Koran!
