Now Forbes Magazine is claiming President Obama is the most powerful man on this planet. If that's the case - that the most ineffective President since the invention ot the wheel is the most powerful person in the world - I guess we can understand why the USA and rest of the world is going down the terlet.

They confuse power with effectiveness. A bio weapon is powerful and dangerous, but it is only effective at creating panic, not a true battlefield advantage...just a thought.
