I THINK IT'S TIME A BRAVE CONGRESSMAN FROM ARIZONA INTRODUCED A BILL OF IMPEACHMENT IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AGAINST OBAMA FOR FAILING TO PROTECT THE USA FROM A FOREIGN INVASION - ONE OF THE PRESIDENT'S PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

OBAMA IS REFUSING TO DO THIS, SO HE SHOULD BE IMPEACHED - AND SO SHOULD HOLDER.
