WE SHOULDN'T REWARD THE SCOUNDRELS WHO GOT US INTO THIS ECONOMIC MESS - AND CAUSED A CRISIS WHICH HAS COST US MORE THAN 9/11

In 2003 Bush said (paraphrasing) , "There's a BIG problem at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the mortgage industry GSE'S) and if we don't correct it, then we could suffer a huge financial meltdown - and here's what I recommend: MORE REGULATION OF THE GSE'S."

The Democrats in Congress did not say, "Yes there's a problem, BUT let's do this."

TheDemocrats in Congress said (paraphrasing) , "There's no problem, and we don't have to do anything. And you're racist for suggesting there is a problem."

In 2005 and 2006 and 2007 McCain and Fed Chairman Greenspan and Secretary of the Treasury Snow said the same thing as Bush said in 2003.

And the Democrats in Congress said the same thing over and over again, (paraphrasing): "STFU GOP! There is no problem!"

WHAT IS THE RESULT?

Exactly what the GOP said would happen DID HAPPEN.

FACT: THE RECENT -AND ENTIRELY AVOIDABLE - FINANCIAL MELTDOWN HAS COST THE WORLD MORE THAN 9/11.

Who is to blame: the Democrats in Congress. Dodd, Reid, Pelosi, Frank, Kerry and Obama.

THE DEMOCRATS OF CONGRESS HAVE COST US MORE THAN AL QAEDA. YUP: The financial meltdown they caused has cost us more than 9/11.

Let's NOT reward the scoundrels.

We should punish them.

And elect McCain and a GOP led congress.

If we don't, then they'll do to the health care industry and defense industry what they did to mortgage industry.
