EUROPE'S NEW INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT VIOLATES THE EU TREATY

ACCORDING TO THE BBC, THIS IS A PART OF THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL TREATY:
  • a requirement to submit their national budgets to the European Commission, which will have the power to request that they be revised
THE EU COMMISSSION CANNOT LEGALLY DO THIS.

IF THE EU COMMISSION DOES, THEN THEY HAVE VIOLATED THE EU TREATY.

European Council President Herman Van Rompuy agrees. He too feels that it would be difficult to legally enshrine the new supervisory powers of the EU institutions if they were approved only by the 17 euro-zone countries.
WITHOUT CONSENSUS THE EU INSTITUTIONS HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO GET INVOLVED.

THEREFORE, THERE IS NO LEGAL ENFORCING MECHANISM IN THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL TREATY.

IT'S A FARCE.
