GALLOP POLL: BUSH 33% AND STEADY; CONGRESS 29% AND DROPPING

The polls show that most people feel that Bush sucks, and that Congress sucks more. GALLOP:

Bush's approval rating is holding steady at 33%...

Congressional Job Approval. According to the May 10-13, 2007, Gallup Poll, 29% of Americans approve and 64% disapprove of the way Congress is handling its job. ... down 4 percentage points since last month, and is 3 points lower than the 32% average measured during the first five months of the year.

The Dems are in a box. If news of the war continues to improve, then they drop and Bush goes up.

Only al Qaeda can help the Dems poll numbers.

MAYBE PELOSI WILL CALL HER BUDDY ASSAD AND GET HIM TO HELP HER OUT.

If the Dem leadership was smart, then they'd give Bush a blank check on "HIS" war, and force him to sign an immigration bill.
