MOST IRAQIS ARE BETTER OFF - AND FEEL THAT WAY

LONDON TIMES - (hat tip THE JAWA REPORT)
MOST Iraqis believe life is better for them now than it was under Saddam Hussein, according to a British opinion poll published today. The survey of more than 5,000 Iraqis found the majority optimistic despite their suffering in sectarian violence since the American-led invasion four years ago this week.

... when asked whether they preferred life under Saddam, the dictator who was executed last December, or under Nouri al-Maliki, the prime minister, most replied that things were better for them today. ...

Margaret Beckett, the foreign secretary, said the findings pointed to progress. “There is no widespread violence in the four southern provinces and the fact that the picture is more complex than the stereotype usually portrayed is reflected in today’s poll,” she said.
THE MOST NEGATIVE AND PESSIMISTIC PEOPLE IN THE WHOLE WORLD ABOUT IRAQ ARE THE DEMOCRATS.

ONLY THEM DEMS AND AL QAEDA WANT THE USA TO WITHDRAW.
COMPLETE ROUND UP AT MEMEORANDUM.

It took me about 15 seconds to find a recent (mid-Feb.) poll of 4000 Iraqis that completely contradicts the one you've cited:

    poll of complete contradiction

Maybe you can sort this all out for us, or maybe not.

  2. you are a LIAR.

    (1) it took you more than 15 seconds - i know this because i watch your entrance and exits at TAB at my sitemeter.

    (2) your poll does NOT contradict this more recent one. your poll was baghdad ONLY, and probably bad neighborhoods in baghdad.

baghdad is not all of iraq. the poill i cited was for ALL of iraq.

    (3) you are an asshole. and a liar. in denial.

  3. As Expected...

Rippup, how long do you think it takes to go to Google news and search for "Iraqi Poll"? Try it; even with your juvenile typing ability, it should take 15 seconds or less. Your record of when I hit your site has nothing to do with it, but of course, you probably consider it "absolute proof" of your fantasies.

But per your 2nd point, I am really confused; what is the "lie" that you are uncovering? Are the 4000 Iraqis, living in Baghdad, lying? Are you trying to say they are not Iraqis? Are you trying to say that a poll from the rest of Iraq is more truthful or meaningful than a poll in Baghdad?

Normally I can sorta understand your misguided arguments, but this time I have no idea where you are coming from.

  4. LIE # 1 - IT TOOK YOU 15 SECONDS. A STUPID BRAG. BUT STILL A LIE. I KNOW WHEN YOU READ THE POST, WHEN YOU LOGGED OUT, AND WHEN YOU POSTED YOUR COMMENT.

LIE #2 - YOU CONFUSE TWO POLLS WHICH POLL DIFFERENT POPULATIONS: THE POLL IN MY POST WAS NOT LIMITED TO BAGHDAD; YOURS WAS. BAGHDADIANS ARE MORE NEGATIVE BECAUSE THAT IS THE CHIEF BATTLEGROUND.

YOU ARE A MORON AND A TROLL. AND AN ASSHOLE.

    COME BACK FOR MORE!
