MORE PROOF FROM THAILAND: WW4 = GLOBAL JIHAD

GATES OF VIENNA:
Can we compare the effects of the Iraq and Thai insurgencies? Probably. The population disparity between the USA and Thailand means, in my opinion, that the impact on Thailand of a single death in the southern insurrection is almost five times as great as the impact on the USA of the death of a single US warrior in Iraq. If we multiply Thai deaths by 4.5 in order to show what is happening to Thailand, we can see how the suffering of the two nations actually compares:

USA: 2,619
Thailand: 9,363

Adjusting for population size allows us to get some insight into the true level of Thailand’s misery.

Now consider the duration of each conflict, remembering that the USA has been in Iraq almost a year longer than the violence in Thailand has persisted:

USA, actual deaths per month, four years: 55
Thailand, adjusted deaths per month, 37 months: 253
RELIAPUNDIT: THE THAI JIHAD IS MORE VIOLENT THAT THE IRAQ JIHAD. AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH JEWS OR ISRAEL OR HALLIBURTON OR BUSH OR NEOCONS... IT'S GLOBAL JIHAD, STUPID!

THE THAI JIHAD IS MORE VIOLENT THAT THE IRAQ JIHAD: AND YET, THE DEFEAT-O-CRATS, AND THEIR COMRADES IN THE EU AND THE UN, ARE SILENT. DO YOU WONDER WHY!? IT'S SIMPLE: NEITHER THE USA OR ISRAEL ARE INVOLVED. WHICH PROVES THE "ANTI-WAR" CROWD IS REALLY ANTI-AMERICA AND ANTI-ISRAEL.

The media are determined to obfuscate what's going in Thailand. To a large extent, that obfuscation has been successful.

Mention the jihad in Thailand to people who read the msm, and get back a blank stare.

In fact, a U.S. employee of the State Department was, a few years ago, stunned that I knew of the goings-on in southern Thailand. He had recently returned to the States after a few years in Thailand. Furthermore, he told me, "It's just in the southern part. Nothing to worry about."

This, from an employee at State. Makes one wonder, doesn't it?

  2. state is a nest of commies. has been since al hiss. jean francois kerry's pop was another one.

i pray tht negroponte cleans house.

BTW: nixon tapes show he knew this.

and nixon could smell a commie from 20 miles.

i use the term commie interchangeably with progressive/multilateralist/europhile.

kerry's father wrote a book about this anti-american ideology.

i have cited it several times at TAB.

    WHO SAID:

"Americans are inclined to see the world and foreign affairs in black and white. ... They [Americans] celebrate their own form of government and denigrate all others, making them guilty of ... "ethnocentric accommodation -- everyone ought to be like us. ... As a result, America has committed the "fatal error" of "propagating democracy" and fallen prey to "the siren's song of promoting human rights," falsely assuming that our values and institutions are a good fit in the Third World. And, just as Americans exaggerate their own goodness, they exaggerate their enemies' badness.

Was this apparent attack on Bush's so-called neoconservative agenda formulated by Noam Chomsky? Cindy Sheehan? Michael Moore? Teddy Jo Kennedy? John Kerry?

It could have been written by any of them as recently as last week, but in fact, it's from 1990 - and it's taken from a book by John Kerry's father - Richard Kerry, who was a longtime career State Department diplomat and a Europhile and a multilateral accommodationist and UN-loving Leftist. (The apple don't fall far from the tree.)

Leftist multilateralist anti-American crap like this isn't a myth invented by Rove to frighten patriotic Americans and make then afraid to vote the Democrats into power. IT'S WHAT THEY REALLY THINK. They really think that we're not very good and our enemies not very bad. They felt that way during the Cold War about the USSR, and they feel that way now about Jihadism. They were wrong then and they are wrong now.
