It took them a month, but the NYTIMES FINALLY DID IT: Seriously, this is a decent article which simply and straightforwardly relates several reasonable legal arguments about the president's NSA "al Qaeda intercept program." It gives a fair - if brief and simplified - review of the key legal arguments of the pro-Bush side - an appearance in the Old Media which is LONG overdue. Never thought I'd say this again, but: Bravo NYTIMES! (NO, I DON'T THINK THIS MAKES UP FOR THEIR TREASON!)
