The wimpering Senator from Ohio voted NO on cloture - effectively BREAKING HIS WORD to the Foreign Relations Committee where he said (paraphrasing) "I will vote 'no' on the Bolton nomination, but I will NOT keep his nomination from coming to the floor for an up or down vote." Last time Bolton came up for a cloture vote he kept his word; the crybaby voted to end cloture last time.
THIS TIME HE VOTED AGAINST CLOTURE. THIS IS A MAJOR STEP BACKWARDS.
I hope the GOP voters in Ohio keep note of this - and mount a primary candidate to oppose him, AND ELECT A TRUE REPUBLICAN. One who doesn't need a box of Kleenex when he makes a speech on the floor.

Hopefully all the voters in Ohio take note that they have a senator who votes in a manner that puts the interests of his constituents ahead of simply toeing the party line.
