TALIBAN PRISONER SWAP - KEY TO BENGHAZI?

In violation of an explicit law that required the notification of Congress, the Soetoro administration has exchanged 5 top-level Taliban commanders for Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl:

There are good reasons why the Taliban has long wanted the five freed from Gitmo. All five are among the Taliban’s top commanders in U.S. custody and are still revered in jihadist circles. 

Two of the five have been wanted by the UN for war crimes. And because of their prowess, Joint Task Force-Guantanamo (JTF-GTMO) deemed all five of them “high” risks to the U.S. and its allies.  

This action is reminiscent of the theory that the administration had planned for Ambassador Chris Stevens to be kidnapped by Al Qaeda, not killed, so that Barry would be enabled to free the Blind Sheikh in exchange for him.  Terrorists at the scene were quoted as saying that they were working for Morsi, so it is likely that the deal had been worked out with the Muslim Brotherhood beforehand.  The unexpected involvement of CIA operatives derailed that plan.  This time, there was no one to interfere, and Barry was able to succeed in replenishing the Taliban's combat leadership.

Seriously, whose side is he on?
