JIHADISTS USING INTERNET TO PREACH TO CHINA'S UIGHURS

The Wall Street Journal reported about how the web is being exploited by jihadists, in this case, to preach towards the Uighurs who live in China, and have proven just as lethal as those residing in Europe.
