Mayor Bill de Blasio announced on Thursday that the city would ends its battle over the Police Department's aggressive practice by agreeing to reforms.
THIS WAS EXPECTED; DE BLASIO CAMPAIGNED ON IT.
IT WON'T TAKE LONG FOR THUGS AND TERRORISTS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS.
CRIME WILL SPIKE.
AND THE CHANCES OF A TERRORIST SUCCEEDING IN AN ATTACK HAVE JUST GONE UP.
