Will Obama Attempt To Replace Private Gun Ownership With a "Civilian National Security Force"?

Remember this?

If you're like me you probably wondered what the frack Heil Obama meant by a "Civilian National Security Force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded" as the American Military itself.

I have a paranoid thought.

What if Barack Obama proposes that any American who owns a gun for self-protection must enlist in such a Civilian National Security Force, and that they serve in said force as part of their Patriotic Duty to themselves, their country, and their fellow citizens?

In other words, private gun ownership would be replaced by a National Security Force made up of private citizens, which Obama may propose is what the Founding Fathers had in mind when they wrote  the 2nd Amendment,
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
A "well regulated Militia," "to keep and bear arms" ...

Not own them. Keep them and bear them.

You see where I'm going with this?

You think Obama might try to go there?
