BRRRRRRR!: MOSCOW HAS COLDEST AUGUST DAY IN 37 YEARS

Moscow experienced its coldest day since August 1976 on Tuesday as temperatures in the Russian capital reached a daytime high of 15 degrees Celsius while it dropped to five degrees Celsius in the evening.
As a result of the sudden cold weather, people had to wear coats and scarves, and the Moscow River became desolate.
IOW: AGW = BS.
