... by calling the penalty for not buying health insurance a tax, the Supreme Court on Thursday effectively created a tax that people will pay only if they do not buy something. That decision led some opponents of the health care law to proclaim that it was a large tax increase, something the sponsors of the bill had explicitly denied when the law was passed. To some extent, calling it a tax does break new ground. 

“Nobody here can think of an example where you pay a tax if you do not buy something,” said Howard Gleckman, a resident fellow at the Tax Policy Center in Washington. “But there are plenty of examples of where you get a tax break for doing something or buying something. In effect, your failure to buy something means you will pay more taxes.”

THIS IS A DANGEROUS EXPANSION OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S TAXING POWERS.

POLITICIANS COULD NOW DECIDE YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE 5 DAYS A WEEK AND AN APPROVED LICENSED GYM - TO LOWER HEALTHCARE COSTS AND FOR THE COMMON GOOD, OF COURSE - OR PAY A PENALTY... OOOOOOOPS,  I MEAN TAX!

THEY CAN ORDER YOU TO BUY A CAR FROM A DOMESTIC PLANT OR UNION PLANT - OR YOU PAY A PENALTY - OOPS, I MEAN TAX!

THEY COULD FORCE YOU TO BUY IDEOLOGICAL CHILDREN'S THEY DEEM PRO-DEMOCRACY LIKE LGBT RIGHTS BOOKS OR PRO-UN BOOKS - OR YOU PAY A PENALTY... OOPS, I MEAN TAX!

If Romney doesn't become president and demands legislation to undue Obamacare, it's the end of the Republic as we know it. If the government can tax you for not having healthcare, they can tax you for not losing weight, tax you for not quitting smoking, tax you for not exercising, tax you for not doing whatever it is they think you should do.

BESIDE THE PENALTY - I MEAN TAX! - WITHIN THE OBAMACARE LAW, MANY OTHER TAXES ARE ALSO SCHEDULED TO GO UP, (USE LINK).

THE NET RESULT IS THE LARGEST TAX INCREASE OF ALL TIME.


AND A NET DECREASE OF INDIVIDUAL SOVEREIGNTY.

IOW:

• AS A RESULT OF OBAMACARE WE ARE LESS PROSPEROUS, AND LESS FREE.

• AND NOBODY WILL GET BETTER CARE AS A RESULT.

WE WILL KEEP LESS OF WHAT WE EARN, AND BE FORCED TO SEND MORE TO POLITICIANS AND LOBBYISTS.

A YOUNG HEALTHY PERSON IN MY OFFICE - WHO HAS CHOSEN FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS NOT TO WASTE HIS MONEY ON HEALTH INSURANCE, WILL NOW EITHER BE FORCED TO BUY HEALTH INSURANCE (AND OUR PLAN JUST WENT UP 17%!), OR SEND MORE MONEY TO POLITICIANS FOR THEM TO SPEND.

THAT'S SICKENING TO HIM, AND IT MIGHT EFFECT HIS VOTE THIS NOVEMBER; HE MIGHT SWITCH TO GOP AS A RESULT.

MULTIPLY THIS BUY SEVERAL MILLION YOUNG PEOPLE AND YOU HAVE THE POTENTIAL FOR SOME MAJOR LEAKAGE IN TRADITIONAL DEMOCRAT PARTY SUPPORT.

AND ANOTHER THING:

THE WHOLE FREAKIN' ARGUMENT OBAMA AND HIS COMRADES MADE WAS 

(1) THAT OBAMACARE WOULD LOWER COSTS, AND
(2) THAT BY FORCING PEOPLE WHO CAN AFFORD INSURANCE TO BUY INSURANCE THIS WOULD KEEP RATES LOW OR LOWER THEM FOR EVERYBODY. 

BUT THE OPPOSITE HAS HAPPENED: RATES ARE UP.
RATES AND TAXES ARE UP. 

AND CARE IS UNCHANGED. (AND MIGHT DECLINE AS A RESULT!) 

AND ON TOP OF THAT, WE GOT A HORRIBLE SCOTUS DECISION THAT VASTLY EXPANDS FEDERAL POWER.

ALL IN ALL, THIS HAS BEEN AN UNMITIGATED DISASTER.

THERE IS BUT ONE RAY OF LIGHT:

A REVOLT.

VOTE ROMNEY, AND VOTE GOP.
