Israeli officials say an explosion has hit a diplomat's car outside the country's embassy in Delhi, India, injuring one diplomat. ...I SUSPECT IRAN AND THEIR STOOGES: THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD AND AL QAEDA - THE ISI MAY HAVE HAD A HAND IN THE INDIA ATTACK.
The Israeli embassy in London said there had also been an attempted attack on a diplomat in Tbilisi, Georgia, but an explosive device had not gone off.

Israel had put its foreign missions on especially high alert ahead of the February 12 anniversary of the assassination, in 2008, of the military mastermind of Lebanon's Hezbollah guerrillas, linked to the Shi'ite Islamist group Hezbollah, Imad Moughniyeh.
Iranian-backed Hezbollah had vowed to avenge Moughniyeh's death in a Damascus car-bombing, blaming it on Israel.
