CHIEF RABBI: ULTRA-ORTHODOX CANNOT FORCE THEIR VIEWS ON OTHERS

JPOST:
Ultra-Orthodox have no right to force bus segregation, says Metzger; PM warns fringe group must not be allowed to threaten coexistence; Livni praises woman who refused haredi passengers' demands to move to back of bus.
Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi Yona Metzger criticized on Sunday the segregation of men and women on public transportation, in an interview with Army Radio.
According to Metzger, the haredi community does not have the right to impose its practices on public bus lines. "If we want there to be segregation, it would be legitimate for us to establish our own transportation company," he explained.
"We [the ultra-Orthodox] don't have the authority to force our ideas on others," he continued. "This state does not belong to the haredi community."
ISLAMOTOPIANS DON'T BELIEVE THIS; IN FACT, THEY BELIEVE THEY CAN FORCE THEIR EVIL BELIEFS ON EVERYONE INCLUDING NON-MUSLIMS.

COERCION CANNOT EVER LEAD TO TRUE REPENTANCE OR TRUE CONVERSION; THESE MUST SPRING FROM WITHIN.

WAHHABISTS AND SALAFISTS AND QTUBISTS AND OTHER FUNDAMENTALIST MUSLIM SECTS ROUTINELY USE INTIMIDATION, VIOLENCE AND TERROR ON THEIR OWN - THE WOMEN - AND AGAINST OTHER MUSLIMS SECTS ALL THE FREAKING TIME.

THIS TELLS YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WHAT MAKES ISLAM DIFFERENT - AND A FALSE PATH.

THE HAREDI IN ISRAEL OUGHT TO BE CAREFUL THEY DON'T STRAY DOWN THIS PATH.

IT ISN'T RIGHT - OR NECESSARY.  CHABADNIKS KNOW THIS: THEY ARE AMONG THE SWEETEST MOST ACCOMMODATING AND WELCOMING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. THEY ENCOURAGE GREATER ADHERENCE TO THE PRECEPTS AND LAWS OF JUDAISML THEY DON'T USE COERCION; THEY USE LOVE.

BESIDES, G-D HAS MUCH MORE POWERFUL COERCIVE TOOLS AT HIS DISPOSAL THAN MANKIND.

IF G-D WANTED TO USE THEM, THEN HE WOULD - BUT G-D WANTS US TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT WAY, TO USE OUR FREE WILL TO DO RIGHT AND LIVE TRUE LIVES WITH LOVE AND WISDOM.

IN THIS SENSE, ULTRA-ORTHODOXICAL FUNDAMENTALISTS OFFEND G-D. IMHO.
