Perry has only been in the GOP only since 1989.
Romney was born into the GOP: his father was a very successful life-long businessman who went on to become a good Republican governor of Michigan.
And remember, Romney ran to the right of McCain four years ago and has stayed on the right ever since.
Just saying.
I think a Romney-Rubio ticket will win and will govern well.
